Our Mom has been at Mt Glen in assisted living for six months and is now starting hospice care due to changes in her medical condition. The aides and nursing staff continue to provide excellent care and treat Mom with dignity and affection, in spite of difficult medical and behavioral issues. The admission, administration and billing staff have worked well with us, even with our unexpected timing issues in getting Mom moved here from Boise. The serving and kitchen staff remember Mom’s food preferences and that she likes coco on cold days and cool drinks without ice on hot days since Mom sometimes doesn’t remember to ask for it. The restaurant-style menus have great food choices and Mom loves the food. By having food she likes and good company with whom to eat her meals, Mom regained some needed weight.
